Law

Law

Law at Prince Henry’s aims to provide students with an understanding of the fundamental principles that underpin different areas of law – crime, tort and contract. The course also offers an exciting introduction to the English legal system by developing the knowledge, understanding, and critical awareness of the structure, personnel and functions of the system. This will enable students to apply their learning to a range of legal scenarios whilst developing key skills such as building a logical argument, critical analysis and problem-solving.

A Level Law enables students to understand the links between law and morals, justice and society or how it connects with other subjects such as Business, Economics, History and Politics. The A Level gives an excellent introduction for students who want to read law at university or start a legal apprenticeship.

However, it is not just for students who want to enter the legal professions. It is a well-respected subject and a welcome addition to many A Level programmes of study.
