Applying for a place at Prince Henry's
The Admissions process is co-ordinated by Worcestershire Children First’s School Admissions Department and their application form must be completed online.
The online application facility opens on 1st September of the year prior to the admission date, with the closing date for online applications to be received by School Admissions being 31st October of the year prior to the date of admission.
Applications which are received after this date may be disadvantaged when High School places are allocated. If online applications have already been submitted, it is possible for applicants to amend their form and change their school preference order prior to the 31st October deadline. Our Pupil Admission Number (PAN) for Year 9 is 315.
For the academic year 2026-27 the Governors’ Admissions Committee has agreed to admit 325 students into Year 9 (10 above PAN).
This figure will be maintained until the end of the Spring Term, 25th March 2027 (end of Option Choice process).

The Operational Capacity for the Academic Year 2026-27 for Years 10 and 11 is set at 315 per year group.
Home School Agreement.
Prince Henry’s is a popular and thriving 13-18 Academy High School serving a significant part of the Vale of Evesham area. Students are admitted to the school in Year 9 and, for Sixth Form, in Year 12.
Upon joining the Prince Henry’s community, we ask all parents/carers and students to sign up to the Prince Henry’s Home School Agreement, which details the expectations between the triangle of the school, the student and the parents/carers.
