Next Steps: Transitioning into Year 13
Continue your journey at Prince Henry's Sixth Form.
Message from Mrs Webb, Director of Sixth Form
Well done on completing your first year in Sixth Form. You have been a fantastic Year 12 and should be very proud of all that you have achieved and all that you have done. We have had some great highlights: Rewards Assemblies, London Trip, Worcester Lakeside Visit, Birmingham Christmas Markets, Malvern Walk, Games Day and Sports Day to name but a few.
Many of you have been awarded positions of responsibility as Ambassadors and Subject Champions. You have already made a wonderful difference to the life of the school in these roles, as members of Interact and the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion working party, as Learning Support mentors, Maths Buddies, Tutor Buddies, Reading Buddies and as guides at our Open Evenings and Induction Days. You have also made a fantastic contribution through your participation in Music, Sport and Drama and many other clubs and societies across school.
You have a big year ahead of you and life in Year 13 is noticeably different from Year 12. However, as always the Sixth Form Team, your tutors and I will all be on hand to support you as you make key decisions about your next steps and prepare for your external examinations.
I am really looking forward to welcoming you back in Year 13 and am sure that you will continue to throw yourselves into the life of the school alongside all your academic work. In the meantime have a restful summer break.
