The Sixth Form Team works to ensure that students are given all the advice, pastoral care, information and support that they need to successfully navigate their way through Sixth Form and to prepare them for the next step in their life.

We are here to look after students’ welfare, answer questions, support them in their next steps and make sure that their time in Sixth Form is as happy and productive as possible.

Every student will be in one of 10 tutor groups.  Each tutor group is led by a tutor who will be the first port of call for students if they have any worries or concerns. 

In the Sixth Form office we operate an open door policy where students can always call in for a chat or help and advice.  Mrs Webb and the Team are available to help with any pastoral or academic questions or concerns that students or parents may have, whilst Mrs Tranter, Sixth Form Administrator, will answer questions of a more practical nature; Mrs Tranter is also often the first stop for students who need immediate assistance or pastoral care if staff are teaching.  The office is run on Fridays by Mrs Granacki our assistant Administrator.  

Students are also supported by Mrs Ridley, Sixth Form Private Study Supervisor, who works with all the students to help them to make the most of their independent learning time.
