Our Year 13 students are now in the midst of their A level examinations. Prior to the start of their study leave we had a lovely final morning with them. The students enjoyed a breakfast in the Common Room with staff and then a final assembly in the Henrician Theatre. Dr Evans and Mrs Webb both delivered speeches reflecting on the students’ time at Price Henry’s and the many successes in school, thanking them for all that they have contributed to school life and wishing them well for their A levels and next steps. The assembly finished with musical entertainment led by groups of students and culminated in everyone joining in dancing and singing ‘YMCA’!
It has been an absolute pleasure working with our Year 13 students, and a real privilege to have watched them grow from Year 11 students into a group of remarkable young people who have made a fantastic contribution to the life of the school. They will be very much missed and we wish them every success and happiness for the future.
