London-Trip-2016-002

Year 12 had a very enjoyable day in London on Friday 24th June. The students made the most of their day out in a variety of ways, many visited the museums in Kensington, the Natural History Museum was particularly popular, whilst other students went further afield. A group of students treated themselves to lunch at the Gerkin, some chose to have a relaxing day in Hyde Park, others went to the British Museum and the Imperial War Museum whilst others factored in a bit of shopping both in Oxford Street and the shops of Knightsbridge. Following the previous day’s referendum some students decided to go to Parliament Square and Whitehall to watch the day’s political fallout unfold. The students all made the most of the time that they had in London and the trip was a great success.
