100 Year 12 students visited Worcester University to participate in the UCAS Higher Education Convention. There were over 130 stalls representing universities, colleges and advisory organisations each providing information, prospectuses and advice about future choices. There were also some useful seminars on student finance and making applications. This is the first step for our Year 12 students in their careers programme and it will be followed after the AS examinations with our ‘Next Step’ Conference when representatives from universities, colleges, apprenticeship schemes and employment advisors will be delivering talks and seminars in school.
