Our Arts Show took place on Wednesday 5th July and once again the range, techniques and personal interpretation have highlighted the talent, enthusiasm and learning that has taken place this year. Students have been working closely with staff to produce the show so as to celebrate all that has been achieved. As well as the Art, the wonderful pieces made during the Design and Technology lessons were also on display. These included various cabinets, tables, and a variety of textiles including homemade jewellery made in Sixth Form Elective sessions.
Everybody was given the opportunity to vote for their favourite works of art. It was interesting to hear the discussions by all those that attended this wonderful evening, who put forward so many reasons for choosing their favourite pieces.
Congratulations to the students and staff for the marvellous evening and for all the hard work, collaboration and passion that went into producing these wonderful pieces.
