Our annual Speech Day took place on Friday 7th July. Our Chairman of Governors, Mr Butcher, welcomed everybody and opened the celebration comprised of a blend of presentations and videos from Dr Evans to reflect everything that has happened within the Prince Henry’s community over the last academic year. Our Head Student, Ella Webley, spoke very movingly about her time at the school and closed the celebration for us. We were delighted that so many parents, carers and other family members and friends were able to come along to the Henrician Theatre to celebrate in the achievements of our students. Following the presentations and wonderful performances by the Barber Shop and our Year 10 Rock Band, The Lizards, we all enjoyed a buffet lunch in the Princess Royal Hall and Henry’s. Special thanks to our Guest Speaker, Bradley Thomas from Wychavon District Council, who spoke to our students about his time at Prince Henry’s. As a former student, Bradley spoke to our current students about how how the values instilled in him from his school days have shaped his career within the energy industry and local politics.
