Students attended a thoughtful assembly led by Dr Evans and Mrs Barker exploring the human impact of global conflict. Focusing on recent events in Ukraine, Gaza and the Middle East, the assembly encouraged students to look beyond headlines and statistics to understand the real lives affected by war.
The message emphasised empathy, critical thinking and the importance of reliable information, while also highlighting hope through global cooperation, using the Artemis II space mission as an inspiring example of what humanity can achieve together.
The assembly concluded with a powerful reminder that while conflict exists, so too does our shared responsibility to promote understanding, compassion and peace.
