Last weekend, our U19 Girls table tennis team competed in the regional finals. They played superbly to beat Chelmsford County High School from Essex 3-2 in a thrilling match and Morpeth School from Tower Hamlets, London East 5-0 to qualify for the National Finals. Congratulations to Abi Ingles, Emily Grove and Anna Cole on a fantastic achievement!
In the County badminton finals, we had three teams competing on behalf of South Worcestershire and they all performed well. The KS3 girls and KS4 boys teams both placed 5th , While our KS4 Girls team of Leah Saunders, Emily Bearcroft, Ellie Wharrad and Carmen West claimed the bronze medals with a third place finish.
In football fixtures against Winchcombe, the spoils were shared with PHHS winning the U14 game 1-0, losing the U16 game 4-3 and drawing the U15 game 2-2.
We suffered defeat at the hands of Chipping Campden in our U15 and U16 Netball fixtures, whilst the U18’s beat Alcester Grammar 27-15.
