RAF PLATINUM AWARDED TO PRINCE HENRY’S
Squadron Leader Carrie Rossi from the Royal Air Force visited Prince Henry’s on 15th October to promote the new RAF Technical Scholarship Award available for Year 11 students. She discussed with Mrs Tozer, Mr Brewster and Dr Evans a variety of opportunities within the RAF, including engineering, IT, intelligence, air crew, logistics, personnel support, airfield operations, catering and medicine.
She presented a platinum award plaque to the school in recognition of the higher levels of interest from students in a career in the RAF as well as noting the positive relationship and support that has been provided by the school over recent times. Receiving the award on behalf of the school were Alan Styan and Melissa Humphrey.
