Jess Williams has been involved with Pershore Air Cadets since 2019. Since then, she has developed into an exceptional Senior Non-Commissioned Officer who regularly helps to run the squadron, teaches, and maintains drill standards.
Owing to her dedication and enthusiasm she was selected as a finalist for the Cadet Vocational College Westminster Award. This is a national award that spans a multitude of cadet organisations in the UK, aiming to recognise and reward the finest examples of youth across the country. Following a 4-day selection event in Somerset, and a 2-week expedition to Cornwall, Jess invited to a finalist’s lunch at the House of Lords which she attended last week.
