Last week our students performed to sell-out audiences every night.
One proud parent shared: “I just wanted to email and say how wonderful and professional the performance was… not just because my son took part, but I was so impressed with everything.”
The Chairman of Worcestershire County Council who was with us on Wednesday said: “It was a fabulous show! Your breadth of young acting, dancing and singing talent is incredible – I am keeping the programme, as I am sure it will be worth a fortune when several of your students ‘hit the big time’ no doubt!
We are all in awe of our students’ accomplishments. They have made us all so proud, and I know their families—parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, and anyone who’s lucky enough to have witnessed this—are equally proud. My staff and I share that same pride, and I can tell you, it’s all anyone’s been talking about.
For a production like this, spanning four days and four evenings, so much work has gone into it—over 90 students involved, 4,000 meters of cable (that’s the equivalent of 30 Eiffel Towers, if you’re wondering!), 200 lighting cues, 130 A/V cues, 112 lights, 35 audio channels, 18 microphones, 3 projectors, a haze machine and of course… one wonderful theatre.
On behalf of all of the show’s audiences, the cast, the crew, and everyone who’s been part of this fantastic journey, I’d like to share my heartfelt appreciation for our exceptional Director and Producer, Mrs. Cook, the brilliant Mr. Fisher, our inspirational Director of Music, Mr. Bullas, and Mr Pilling and the Technical Team as well as everyone behind the scenes.
