Inspired by recent excavations on the field ahead of our new 3G pitch project, students in Years 11-13 were recently treated to a masterclass on the world of Archaeology. Project Manager Sean kindly explained the process, purpose, and features of archaeological digs. Students were also given information on how to embark on a career in this area. It was a fascinating insight into how History can come to life in the real world, both staff and students were grateful to Sean for his time and thoroughly enjoyed hearing about his interesting career digging into the past.
