In June, a group of Y9, 10 and 12 Spanish students took a cultural trip to Barcelona, Spain. It was a brilliant, but extremely warm week. We visited many of the cultural highlights of the city, including the famous Sagrada Familia cathedral, Camp Nou football stadium, Poble Espanyol, and others. We experienced an exciting flamenco show, which was a true representation of Spanish culture. It allowed students to gain deeper knowledge about the culture of the language they are studying and it was a very successful trip.
