Headteacher, Dr Evans, commented “Our current Year 13 students were unable to take examinations for their GCSEs in 2021 and so this summer’s exams were the first external assessments they took. We are delighted with their personal achievements, and we are all very proud of them. Our Year 13 students have been a lovely Year Group and the resilience our young people have shown over the last two years to bounce back following the pandemic has been remarkable. They are all exceptional, inspiring, and talented young people and we couldn’t be prouder of them. Congratulations to all our students on their achievements this week”
Head of Sixth Form, Mrs Webb, said “I am delighted that the students have been rewarded for all their hard work during their time in Sixth Form. This has been a fantastic year group who have made a wonderful contribution to the life of the school and it is lovely to see them now celebrating such good results. It has been a pleasure working with them over the last two years and I wish them every success in the next stage of their lives”
