NEWSDAY 2013
Wednesday 13th March was national Newsday, and at Prince Henry’s a group of students across all year groups collaborated to produce the “The Prince’s Herald”. Supported by Mrs Bennington and Mr Meehan, the students researched and wrote all of the articles, before editing, producing and printing the finished article.
Everybody worked incredibly hard and, in the words of Joint Editors Charlotte Brown and Robert Maher, “Even though we faced unforeseen challenges and a few hiccups, overall it was a huge success. After a very hectic day, with the help of excellent team work, we finally pulled it all together and finished the newspaper at 5 o’clock. It was a very rewarding experience for all involved’.
