‘GET SET’ FOOD BANK COLLECTION
Prince Henry’s High School completed their final project for Get Set for Community Action this week with a Food Bank Collection. Evesham Food Bank is a local charity that provides food parcels for local people in the community who may have fallen on hard times. Students from the school were asked to bring in an item of food and drop it into the collection boxes. Over 100 items later it was lovely to invite John Webster from Evesham Food Bank to return to the school to collect the donations. Prince Henry’s are proud to continue to support this charity and will be running more Food Bank donations in the coming months. With the run up to Rio it was a great opportunity for students to adopt the Olympic & Paralympic Values to help a worthy cause.
