Prince Henry’s High School is able to offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities to students, many of which are run during lunchtimes.
Art and Design Club
Y9, Tuesday lunchtimes in H5.
Art & Textiles Coursework Catch Up and Support
Coursework catch up and support, lunchtimes 12.45pm-1.10pm, H3, H5 and H6 Art/Textiles.
Art – Thursday after school support session Y10,11,12,&13, 3:35 – 4:35, H5Textiles – Tuesday after school support session for Y10, Y11, Y12 & Y13. 3:45-4:45, H14.
Board Games Club
All Years, every Friday lunchtime in the LRC with Mrs Gardiner.
Carnegie Prize Shadowing (Spring & Summer Term)
Y9 & Y10, once a week at lunchtime in the LRC with the English Department.
Computer Game Development Club
Come along to B8 on Wednesday lunchtimes and learn how to make computer games using a combination of Unity, Python and ClickTeam Fusion. Open to Year 9 only. NOTE: No food or drink allowed in the computer room! Club is run by the ICT department.
Cheerleading Club
Year 9, after school on Thursdays until 4:45pm with Miss Walker.
Drama Club
Y9 & Y10, Tuesday 12.50pm-1.30pm in T1.
Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme
The school has run a highly successful Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme programme for many years at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels for students in Years 10 and above. The scheme is launched annually in October. Please see Mr Cooper for more information.
Environmental Club
With Mrs Deakin in the LRC on Wednesday lunchtimes.
Film Club
Y12 & Y13 Film Studies students. Cinema trips and film screenings organised on a half-termly basis. Mrs Lee, Mrs Hobbiss and Ms Maurice.

All Years, every Thursday lunchtime in the LRC with Mrs Gardiner.
French Exchange & Language Trips
All Year Groups, Modern Languages Staff.
Games Club
This happens every lunchtime in the PRH, it is a safe, relaxed environment where students can talk, eat lunch, and play some games with friends.
Geography Competition Club
A10, Tuesday lunchtimes, Mr Cains.
History Club
Y9 – Y11 in A13 on Wednesday lunchtimes with Miss Baxter & Mr King.
House Competitions
Many new and exciting house competitions will be taking place this year. Please look out for these being advertised on the PRH board, and the bulletin. House points and prizes will be up for grabs!
Interact & Charity Fundraising Activities
Prince Henry’s is proud of its long tradition for fundraising and supporting a wide range of charitable organisations. The main focus for this is PHHS Interact which, supported by Evesham Rotary Club, is run by students and involves students across all year groups. Language Leaders
All years, two or three times a half term. For those who enjoy languages and want to join us in designing things like form quizzes and department displays. If you’re interested, speak to your Languages teacher. You don’t have to an expert by any means, just keen!
Mrs Kelly’s Super-Fun Coursework Club
Opportunity for Sixth Formers and Year 11s to come and catch up or improve their RM or Graphics coursework, Wednesdays, 3.40pm-5.00pm, Mrs Kelly, Mr Kelly, Mrs O’Loughlin.
Music
The Music Department holds various concerts throughout the year along with vocal and instrument ensembles. See our Music Curriculum page for details of extra curricular activities.
Retro Gaming Club
Come along to B8 to play computer games. We have a number of retro games consoles for you to use as well as being able to play games from the world wide web. Tuesday Lunchtimes is Sixth Form only, Thursday lunchtimes is open to all year groups. NOTE: No food or drink allowed in the computer room! Club is run by Mr Brant.
Robotics Club
VEX / Robotics Club, Tuesday 3.35pm-5.00pm B6, Miss Park and Miss Giordano.
Sixth Form Literary Society
Y12 & Y13 English Language, English Literature and Film Studies Students, Mrs Barker.
Sport
The PE Department hosts regular training and sporting fixtures throughout the year.
