Congratulations to all students and staff involved in the fashion show – what a terrific night. The Interact Club had taken on a great deal when accepting this challenge. Requests went out for “pre loved” clothes and outfits were created from the donations. The students who included Ella Wright, Will Brookman, Megan Betteridge, Pippa Bayliss, Dan Barber and Beth Smith with the help of Mrs Taylor and Mrs Lungley practised “strutting their stuff” on the cat walk.
Jessie Thomas and Pete Brookman were “Gok’ed” by James Coleby. Mrs Feeney proved to be a miracle worker with the make-up palette; Mrs Thorner and Mrs Walters kept the show running to time and Mr Billington, Miss Parks, Mr King and Mrs Walker became models for the evening.
A special thanks to Mr Dyer and his sound and lighting crew who transformed the PRH into a top class glitzy venue. Apologies to all I have not named, you were fantastic both on the catwalk and behind the scenes. The Make a Wish Foundation and Working World Charities you are supporting this year will benefit considerably from your efforts. Well done to everyone.
