Evesham Abbey Trust

We are delighted to be working with Evesham Abbey Trust on their restoration and educational work on the Evesham Abbey site. They have been kind enough to share with us some videos about the Evesham Abbey Trust and the work they are doing.

Elizabeth Spencer, Vice Chair for the trust, included a letter with the video links, along with their latest newsletter to share with you.

Firstly, may I take this opportunity to wish a very happy New Year to you and those close to you. Thank you for your commitment to The Evesham Abbey Trust Conservation Project. For your support for the Educational Arm of the Project in particular, which involves our working with your wonderful students and young people.

We have such admiration for you and your Staff as you strive to continue to provide pupils with the education, love, care, nurture and hope they need, especially in such fluctuating times.

As a Trust, we made the decision to deliver our historical talks online for the present and to this end, we have pleasure in attaching a series of individual films about Evesham and The Abbey Site which we hope you will find useful as a starting point for lessons, topics or discussion.

Please do keep in touch via email, provide us with some feedback. Stay as safe as possible and we look forward to welcoming you and your young people to The Abbey Site, just as soon as it is safe to do so!

With our thanks and best wishes,

Elizabeth Spencer, Vice Chair EAT
