ABOUT PRINCE HENRY’S BOX OFFICE
We are delighted to offer online ticket sales for our shows and concerts through our own website. You can even choose your own seats! We have partnered with online ticket specialists ‘TicketSource’ to offer this service who are leaders in ticket management software and online sales. We can accept payment by cash and cheque by returning the slip on the event letter which is sent to parents. Please note ticket requests via cash/cheque via return slip are allocated by us and are subject to ticket availability. Online sales are allocated instantly. Online sales require payment by credit or debit card. Card payments are processed by TicketSource. At checkout, you will be offered a ‘print at home’ ticket which you are required to print and bring to the venue. You can opt to have tickets posted to you for an additional fee.
RETURNED TICKETS & CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to refund customers who no longer require their tickets.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Wheelchair users: Row H, Seats 11-32 can be removed to accommodate wheelchair guests. These seats are usually removed from sale and only purchasable by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Struggle with steps: Row H, Seats 1-42 is completely flat and does not require negotiating any stairs/steps. Row J is two steps up. Row G is a two of steps down. The house enters from the back of the auditorium.
Need extra time: If you are less able on your feet and would like to take your seat before everyone else, please make yourself known to the house manager on the evening and we can often let you in a few minutes before the auditorium formally opens.
